Real Madrid refused to sign Barcelona's youth striker, Pedro Gonzalez, in 2018, but the deal was not made for the player to join Barcelona later.

Barça signed Pedro Gonzalez from Las Palmas last summer for 5 million euros before leaving the player on a one-season contract.

The Spanish newspaper "Sport" reported that one of the Real Madrid scouts offered the player in 2018 and the management asked to watch him closely and experience a period of living with the team.

The player joined the period of living on February 5, 2018, and the day of the snow fell in the Spanish capital and did not train the young talent.

After two days of follow-up, real Madrid managers refused to grant him a contract and found him unfit to play for Real Madrid, prompting Las Palmas to sign him in the summer of 2018.

After starring with the Canary, he was again offered to Real Madrid but was refused to decide on his services.

Pedro Gonzalez has good standards with Spain's Under-17 team in the Youth World Cup and was his best player against Argentina.
