Zidane ends the debate over Gareth Bell and decides to rely on him

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane spoke about some topics at Friday's press conference, including Gareth Bale's controversial issue.

All the questions asked Zidane today revolved around what the Welshman did a few days ago when he raised a flag that read "Wales. Golf. Madrid," which blew a storm among the fans.

The 47-year-old made the remarks at a press conference on the eve of the match against Real Sociedad scheduled for Saturday in the 14th round of the Spanish Football League.

The Real Madrid coach accuses the press of creating a lot of noise and calls for calm.

The French coach said: "I think there is a lot of noise about Gareth Bale, the most important thing is to focus on football, he does a lot and he has gone to play with the Wales team and he has done it, now we are happy that he is back here."

He continued: "I will only look at the sporting aspect of Gareth bale and not what is said abroad, I am not here to appreciate what he is doing, I am not interested, the press asks a lot about this subject but I will not answer any other question."

On the Welsh winger's readiness for Saturday's match, he replied: "He is fine and he trained normally, I don't know if he is happy with the Wales team more than Real Madrid but he is a very important player and has always proved it for us, so I will count on him."
